On every venue listing page, you will see an option to contact a Host directly via the ‘Enquire Now’ button.

Clicking this button will allow you to submit all the details of your event, such as the number of Guests, location, budget and any other requirements you may have. 

Once you filled in all of the information of your event, your contact details will be shared with the Host who will them contact via email or telephone to start discussing your event with you. It couldn’t be simpler!

Additionally, after you have entered all the information about your event you can also choose to receive responses from other relevant venues on the HeadBox platform, giving you a wider range of Spaces within which to hold your event. 

If you choose to do so, the details of your event will be shared with our community of Host venues who will then be in touch with you via email, giving you the option to exchange contact details with the Hosts in order to start discussing your event.
