Guest: How to search on HeadBox
With an unrivalled choice of 7,000 spaces across 8 major cities in the UK as well as over 2,000 spaces across Ireland and the Netherlands, you won’t find a better selection of creative, inspiring venues anywhere else.
There are two ways you can find the perfect venue your event on HeadBox; by submitting an enquiry and receiving proposals directly from our Host community or by searching the HeadBox marketplace and browsing our collection of unique and inspiring spaces in each city.
Submitting an enquiry
Submitting an enquiry allows you to input the exact details of the event you are planning which allows us to connect you with the perfect space. By telling us the type of event, the location, the number of attendees, potential dates and any other requirements you may have, we will be able to provide you with some superb options to choose from.
Hosts also have the opportunity to respond to your enquiry if they feel they have a space that fits your needs.
Searching the marketplace
Each City on the HeadBox Marketplace has its own space collections which have been curated to make your search easier. These collections include:
- Private Party Venues
- Private Dining Rooms
- Meeting Rooms
- Conference Venues
- Team Away Days
- Workshops and Ideation
- Sound, Film and Photography
- Screening Rooms
If you wish to browse a variety of Spaces for a particular event in a particular City, navigate to the relevant City page and then to the Collection page where you can search through the many different options.
If you have a specific type of venue, event or specific location in mind, then use the search bar at the top of each page to specify your requirements.
You will then be able to filter the results by a variety of requirements such as number of Guests, budget range and venue facilities.
From there, simply click on the listing you wish to view where you'll find all the information you need about the venue and information about how to book or enquire about the venue.
