Each enquiry submitted by a Guest to Lead Feed can receive up to 5 responses. If you see “Responses Closed” alongside the Lead details, this means that sadly you’ve missed your chance to respond in this instance.
Here’s our top tips for making sure that you always submit your response ahead of the rest:
Ensure your preferences are up to date so you receive an email notifications for the leads that best suit your venue
Have the Lead Feed open at all times in a separate tab. The feed is updated in real-time so if you check it regularly you shouldn’t miss any juicy leads.
Delegate Lead Feed monitoring across your team so that someone from your venue is always watching the feed.
