A Guest will receive up to 5 responses for each enquiry they submit to Lead Feed. Here’s an example of what a response looks like.
It’s really important that your short message and the venue imagery catches their eye. We’d recommend the following:
- Check that the photos on your listing are up to date and present your Space in the best possible way
- Make the message personal, use the Guests first name and reference their specific event
- Include what makes your venue unique or any special offers you may be running.
- Make sure the tone is friendly and approachable. Remember, you will hopefully be speaking to this Guest via email or on the phone - so be your charming-self!
