A Guest will receive up to 5 responses for each enquiry they submit to Lead Feed. Here’s an example of what a response looks like.
It’s really important that your short message and the venue imagery catches their eye. We’d recommend the following:
Check that the photos on your listing are up to date and present your Space in the best possible way
Make the message personal, use the Guests first name and reference their specific event
Include what makes your venue unique or any special offers you may be running.
Make sure the tone is friendly and approachable. Remember, you will hopefully be speaking to this Guest via email or on the phone - so be your charming-self!
