The Event Hub allows Team Members, Managers and Administrators to visualise their event pipeline in real-time from brief submitted to confirmed event.
Team Members can monitor the progress of their individual proposals in their Event Hub and can apply filters to quickly gain access to the proposal they need.
Team Managers can see each brief that the Team Members within their team have submitted. They can also apply filters per Team Member to pull out an individual's event pipeline should they wish.
Team Administrators can see each proposal that their Team Members and Managers have submitted on their entire company account. This gives them total visibility over all briefs submitted and their progress. Team Administrations can also filter by team name or individual as well as a variety of other filters.
To access your Event Hub, log into your HeadBox Business account and simply click the link in the masthead or click the dropdown menu in the top right hand side and select Event Hub.
