Once you receive a Digital Proposal from your HeadBox Venue expert or Dedicated Account Manager and you are ready to select your preferred venue, you can do so from within the proposal.
Simply click Accept Proposal at the bottom of the venue card which will send a notification to your Venue Expert or Account Manager to kick-start the contracting stage of the process.
If you change your mind about the venue or select a venue by accident, your Account Manager can easily reverse this action and you are not contractually obliged to proceed with the venue you selected. Team Members are able to accept or decline proposals for the event briefs that they have submitted.
Team Managers are able to accept or decline proposals received by any Team Member in their direct team and their own proposals.
Team Administrators are able to accept or decline proposals received by any Team Member or Team Manager across their entire company account.
