If a Guest sends an enquiry for a room which is unavailable, you can now easily assign them a new room instead.

To do this, when you open an event on the details page you can see the room that the Guest has requested. If you wish to change this, simply click on the room and change it to the new Space.

If you are sending them a proposal, it may be worth dropping a note to inform the Guest that you’ve changed the room. Similarly, if they’ve requested to book a Space you may want to message them first just to confirm that they’re happy with the new room.
