If a Guest submits a direct Enquiry or Booking Request from HeadBox, and you need more information before deciding whether to accept or decline their booking, you can use the HeadBox messenger to chat to them.
To do this, click on the event in your Pipeline. Once you are on the Event Details page you’ll see an image on the right-hand side of the page with a high-level description of the event.
Next to your Guest's details you’ll see the ‘Message Guest’ button. This will take you through to the HeadBox messenger, where you can talk to your Guest and find out any additional information!
