The Host Dashboard will automatically pull through all Booking Requests submitted by Guests via the HeadBox marketplace or an Order Form. These Booking Requests will go into ‘Pending’ status, where you will have 24 hours to either Accept or Decline the booking.

To Accept or Decline the event, simply log into your HeadBox pipeline and click on the event, here you’ll see two buttons on the right-hand side where you can Accept or Decline an event.

As soon as you receive a Booking Request, we’ll also send you an email notification, to ensure you don’t miss out on any bookings!
