If you receive a booking enquiry through HeadBox that you can’t accommodate, let us know. If the HeadBox team is able to place the booking elsewhere you will receive 5% commission through our Referral Scheme.
To refer a Guest back to the HeadBox team, open up the event in your pipeline, click 'Decline', select your reasons for Decline and then click on the 'Refer to HeadBox' button.
We will then pick this up with the Guest and try to find them an alternative Space for their event. If this booking is successfully placed elsewhere, we will split our 10% commission with you 50/50.
